I know exactly what it feels like to be trapped in workplace toxicity. When I was a target of bullying, I knew deep down that there had to be a better way, one that didn’t involve suffering in silence, getting sick, or questioning my worth. I kept searching for answers, something beyond “just get along” or “try harder” but could not find any support
Until I left the workplace and took a job teaching Communication Skills. I was teaching the very skills I wish my leaders would have taught me.
I built Wounded Wings to give you access to the resources I now have that I know would have changed everything.
In this group, you will stop second guessing yourself and start leading yourself towards the outcomes you want by:
✅ Recognizing bullying and bully like behavior, and how to respond
✅ Developing the skills you were never taught so you can handle conflict with strength and clarity.
✅ Reclaiming your confidence so you can move forward, whether that’s in your current role or somewhere new.
You will find real talk, meaningful connections, and actionable strategies from someone who has been where you are and has found the pathways to rise again. You will learn strategies to
We meet twice a month, so come and stay for as long as you need, until you feel you can fly on your own again
We meet on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month at 1 pm MST on Zoom.
When you’ve been hurt, it’s hard to know where to turn. Wounded Wings offers you a community that:
You don’t have to navigate this alone. Together, we’ll rise with grace and lead with strength

My name is Tammy Dunnett, and I understand firsthand the toll that workplace bullying and offensive behaviors can take. I was once the nurse who cared for others, but after enduring years of bullying, I became the patient—struggling with anxiety, insomnia, and depression caused by the constant stress.
When I sought help, the solutions offered to me were time off work, therapy, and medications for anxiety, sleep and depression. None of these addressed the core issue: the interpersonal problems I was facing.
My leaders, well-intentioned but unprepared, didn’t have the tools or education to support me or address the talk-sick dynamics.
I refused to settle for a life where medication was my only path to coping in a hurtful environment. I chose instead to research, learn, and heal. Through this journey, I discovered strategies that not only helped me recover but also empowered me to reclaim my peace, confidence, and strength.
Now, I’m dedicated to helping others avoid the pain I endured—or to rise from it if they’re already struggling. I know how hard you work to show up in a place that hurts your mental health and if you’re dealing with anxiety, sleeplessness, or other impacts of workplace bullying, you’re not alone. I’ve built this group to offer the support, tools, and strategies you need to reclaim your life and fly again
